Senior Assistant Estate Managers / Assistant Estate Managers

Base
Plantation (Based in West Malaysia / Sabah)
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Estate Manager in all aspects of estate operation and management.
Requirements 
  • A Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or member of Incorporated Society of Planters membership.
  • Willing to be based in West Malaysia or Sabah Operating Units.

Temporarily HR Assistant / HR Internship

Base
Human Resource (Based in Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities
  • - To provide coordination and administration support to the department team
  • - Handle general administrative support duties of the Human Resources
  • - Prepare ad-hoc assignment on request
  • - Must be able to maintain and handle all confidential information appropriately
Requirements 
  • - Minimum SPM or Diploma
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • - Possess a mature personality and able to work independently
  • - College/University students on semester break are encourage to apply

Project Engineers (Instrument & Electrical)

Base
Bio-Refinery (Based in Lahad Datu, Sabah)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender document, tender bid evaluation, make recommendation for award, order of materials and equipment for the implementation of the plant modifications and capex project work.
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of Preventive Maintenance & Continuous Improvement initiatives on the manufacturing plant’s automation, electrical systems, controls systems and Instrumentations installation.
  • Review and carry-out electrical preliminary load list, MCC main single line diagram, MCC wiring diagrams/drawings, electrical room equipment layout, power distribution layout, and control room layout.
  • Review on switchboard MCC specification and data sheets, power / control cable lists and cable size calculation.
  • Electrical area classification and grounding specification / layout.
  • General lighting design, power mounting and electrical hook-up.
  • Review and carry-out on instrument listing, specification, data sheets generation, selection and specifying.
  • Experience in installation of instruments, tubing and cable termination and testing of instruments.
  • Troubleshoots electrical/instrumental problems and identify resolution.
  • Experience in commissioning and testing of instruments e.g. on: Control valves, On-Off valves, safety and relief valves, rupture disc, I/P converters, analyser and instruments typical electrical connection, mechanical hook-up, arrangement on vessels and tanks.
  • Advice the procurement of spare parts and materials, liaise with suppliers / contractors for any new engineering development, part fabrication and technical matters.
Requirements 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Instrumentation).
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing/project related field such as refinery/oleochemicals.
  • Experience in maintenance of Plant PLC/CCS and instrumentation will be added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Design codes/standard and electrical system will be added advantage.
  • Able to lead and have hands-on experience at ground level.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication and presentation skills;
  • Willing to relocate or travel if necessary on projects and assignments.

Marketing Supervisor

Base
Genting Indahpura (Based in Kulaijaya, Johor)
Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze and plan business strategies to achieve set goals and develop new ideas to secure more business.
  • Constantly develop new action plans to counter competitive market environment.
  • Must be pro-active in driving business development including new trends/markets.
  • To coordinate and execution of all business advertising, plans and activities.
  • To assist in all road shows programs and implementation marketing events.
  • To provide feedback on sales and marketing activities of various customers to Senior Manager on periodical basis.
Requirements 
  • Minimum SPM / 'O' Level or Diploma
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently and be multi-tasking.

Sales Assistant (Contract)

Base
Genting Indahpura (Based in Kulaijaya, Johor)
Responsibilities
  • Work as an integrated member of the sales team and liaising with internal & external parties where appropriate.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the Management.
Requirements 
  • Minimum SPM/”O” Level or Diploma.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in prospecting, applying sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and have the ability to work effectively in a team.

Senior Payroll Executive

Base
Human Resource (Based in Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in matters pertaining to payroll, compensation and benefits as well as other human resource administration functions.
Requirements 
  • Degree in Human Resources and / or Business Management.
  • Minimum with 2 years hands-on experience in payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised, independent and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications.
  • Candidates with more years of working experience will be considered for senior position.

Admin Assistant

Base
Genting Indahpura (Based in Kulaijaya, Johor)
Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support overall administrative and accounts work
  • Maintain proper record and filing for all the documentation and correspondence
  • To assist in other duties assigned by the management
Requirements 
  • Minimum SPM/”O” Level or Diploma
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience
